Services Provided
Twisted Pop will provide handcrafted specialty beverages and any other agreed-upon menu items for the duration of the event. Prior to the event date, Twisted Pop will meet with the client to review menu selections and service flow, including but not limited to arrival time, setup location, and breakdown procedures. This ensures both parties understand exactly how service will operate from start to finish.
Payments & Fees
- 50% deposit required at time of booking
- Remaining balance due on or before the event date
- Additional fees may apply for extended hours, travel, or custom requests
Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before event: Deposit refunded
- Under 14 days: Client pays 50% of total fee
- Under 7 days: Client pays 100% of total fee
Setup Requirements
Client agrees to supply adequate space for setup, outlet or power access if needed, safe loading and unloading access, and any required venue approvals.
Staffing Requirements
- 45+ guests – 2 servers required
- 75+ guests – 3 servers required
- 150+ guests – 4 servers required
Liability
Twisted Pop will be the exclusive specialty non-alcoholic beverage vendor at the event unless otherwise approved in writing. Twisted Pop is not responsible for accidents, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or the actions of guests. The client agrees to provide a safe environment for all Twisted Pop staff and equipment.
If the event is cancelled due to weather, a rescheduled rain date must be scheduled within 60 days of the original event date and will not be accepted beyond that timeframe.
